The hotel surely does not live up to expectation. The lobby is big but not very welcoming. Staff at the reception do not speak very much
English. When we checked out and requested to pay by credit card, we were told the machine is out of order. Hence, my husband and I had to
dig everywhere to put together enough Dong to pay for our stay. After which, we were left with no money for the rest of the day until we were
set for the airport. We were given direction to go to a nearby gold smith for money exchange, which was a total ripe off. Luckily, we found
another gold smith shop that gave us very good exchange rate. Overall, our stay in Da Nang was less than pleasant.
