ELEGANT HOTEL was a great choice! I traveled across the globe to
vacation in Vietnam. While i was there, the surround and staff at ELEGANT
HOTEL made me feel like i was at home. I dont speak any Vietnamese, but
that wasn't a problem. The staff at Elegant were professionaly trained
to speak English, therefore i had no problem what-so-ever getting
information. They were even nice enough drop what they are doing to sit
down and conversate with me. I often see the owner of the hotel storm in
and out of the hotel, but when there were costumers he would stop what
he's doing and politely greet all of them one by one. VERY nice and
respectful human beings!
Here's the craziest thing that anyone has done for me. During my
stay at Elegant hotel, i would often ask the front clerk to call for a
Taxi to pick me up. I then noticed the owner come rushing over to me and
offer me a ride to where-ever i wanted to go. Basically, he dropped what
he was doing and drove me to my destination. He even picked me up at a
promised Time. From that day on, i think to myself, i am blessed to be
able to stay there at Elegant....
The restaurant on the top floor is a beauty! Very stylish and modernly
designed. The best part is the view you get of the surrounding rivers
and mountains while you dine. What a perfect location, with crisp blue
water all around and huge mountains sooo near that it almost seems like
you can touch them.
You surely get more then what you pay for there at ELEGANT HOTEL! I've
already booked a suite for 3 months when i return in 2 years.
GREAT AND WONDERFUL place to stay for a vacation or business trip!
