Great hotel for price, room huge and all amenities, and very quiet. However restaurant staff VERY slow working out bill, why is everything in US $.Sweet menu items not available 2 nights running, which caused us to leave early when we would have stayed for drinks, coffee etc. Pool area unattended, we spent 5 hours there first day, having time out, but no staff came near us, we would have ordered lunch and drinks beside pool. Very questionable 1 hour massage, which i am sure some men would have enjoyed, but not for me (mini skirted lady sitting on my front massaging my chest) then chasing me into foyer demanding a tip once i had payed $12.. US. Price displayed. Beautiful bar area on top floor and layout of hotel great, but staff need some customer service training.

We were a party of six disappointed to not be close to the beach
area and night market. The hotel never offered van rides to town. We did
book a private boat around the bay, shopped the night market, played
electronic cassino with four other tourist, walked through the impromptu
"market" where they chop meat, fish, and vegetables two blocks away
(don't take children). Special buffet dinner at Novetel was one of the best
in Asia! Our over all thought is stay in southern Vietnam.Close the window
