Mr. Ballham
The location is out
of delightful town on Hoi Ann (which was nicest place I visited out of
6). Did require shuttle (irregular but taxis cheap enough - still a
distance. But for beach very good (and lovely sand).

The Hotel was
fantastic! Across the road from the beach and rooms on the Lake. I would
recommend to anyone who is looking for top accommodation in a great
location. Located 5km from the main streets of Hoi An. The hotel offers
a free shuttle or driving service daily to the town.
