Having spent plenty of time in hotels across Vietnam, I must say River Beach Resort was excellent value. The location was great for our group of 5 couples, being near the beach rather than in the centre of town. The rooms were large with balconies, having been given complimentary upgrades to the Superior Rooms; the service was excellent at all times; and the staff were quite friendly. The only criticism I have is that the food in the hotel is expensive relative to the cafes just across the road and the quality was not as good either! Breakfast was fine however. I would book there again.

Stayed here for 2 days with my family in a very spacious family room. April 2009. Nice resort with a small pool and private beach. Very complete buffet breakfast.

The location is out of delightful town on Hoi Ann (which was nicest place I visited out of 6). Did require shuttle (irregular but taxis cheap enough - still a distance. But for beach very good (and lovely sand).

The Hotel was fantastic! Across the road from the beach and rooms on the Lake. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for top accommodation in a great location. Located 5km from the main streets of Hoi An. The hotel offers a free shuttle or driving service daily to the town.
