Et virkeligt godt hotel, Hvor prisen absolut Svarer til forventningerne. Et utroligt venligt og imødekommende hotelpersonale, Især receptionen var helt unikt.
Vi kommer gerne igen.

Just spent 3 days at this hotel. I was
impressed by the size of the rooms and the pool.
That's all I can say good about this place.
We were booked into a room where we couldn't get the air con to work so
I rang reception for assistance. They said it was broken and would move
us into another room. They left us in that room and told us to wait 20
minutes til another room was ready. 1 hour later I rang reception and
they were suprised that we wanted to change rooms straight away.
The room had tea and coffee making facilities but no tea, coffee, sugar
or milk. After ringing reception it took 24 hours for them to provide us
everything but the milk. A further phone call caused issues as I had to
pay for the milk and didn't have a note small enough. They couldn't
comprehend putting the charge on the room bill.
The breakfast was poor - fruit juice warm, tea weak, coffee too strong,
fruit not covered and full of fruit flies, bacon too fatty to eat. No
table service or replenishing of food - staff just sat around chatting
to each other.
Pool was nice but there was never any dry towels - ask for one and you
had to wait 20 minutes.
One section of the hotel has an elevator, the other is serviced by
stairs that haven't been cleaned in a long time - full of fluff balls
and dust.
The final insult was the day before check out. They told us we had to
pay cash and couldn't use mastercard even though their web page and
brochures say you can. They kept saying the hotel information books they
provided in the rooms were old and they hadn't updated them! They tried
to tell us that the government charges them 100% commission to use creditcard machines and no other hotel in Hoi An allows guests to use
credit cards. THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE.
Also BEWARE OF THE MINI BAR charges - the sheet provided in our room
showed coke at $1.20 but we were charged $1.50, and tiger beer at $1.50
but we were charged $2.00 - again they said the price list in our room
was an old one!
I had to take a taxi to an ATM and make 3 withdrawals to cover the bill.
THEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT CHANGE TO GIVE ME. What a
joke!!!!!!!!!!!

By chance I found this hotel the rate is reasonable for a deluxe room, from my room I can see an amazing view of the rice field where the farmer is working for their crop, It's really a good place for relaxing, enjoy the spirit of ancient town.
