The Hotel was by far the nicest we found in Vietnam in the 2-4 star bracket. Fresh petals on the bed on arrival as well as a Fruit basket. Hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Away from the noise of the main shopping areas. Breakfast is also great. Good laundry service and free bikes to borrow. We love it!

we booked the Ha An hotel in Hoi An through you company and it was the highlight of our trip to vietnam. the hotel was beautiful and our room was fabulous... with very special attention to detail.. e.g flowers and fruit in our room and the service was exceptional.
The staff were very friendly & helpful. the meals, especially the breakfast-- were wonderful. We will stay at the Ha An hotel again and have recommended it highly to our friends.

This hotel (and staff) were delightful. We ended up staying here after our recommended hotel was flooded during a mini-typhoon and ended up staying for several days longer than planned. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
