Our stay here is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed. Thank you for the wonderful and friendly service. The room is so beautiful and we wish to stay here for ever. I am glad to meet the nice staff of Hoian Lotus Hotel and want to recommend the hotel to all my friends.

This was a really nice hotel. The staff were excellent - so friendly & accommodating, and our room was really nice. The swimming pool was great too - something we didn't have last time in Hoi-An. The hotel had free shuttles, to the town and the beach, and also paid for our van back to Danang Airport at the end of our stay .
Breakfasts each day were nice too. From everything we read on Tripadvisor, we would definitely recommend and stay there again. I admit there are the sounds of roosters, and village life going on around, which might annoy you early in the morning, but that is life in Hoi-An, so you get used to it. The value at this hotel was just excellent with the deal we got.

We felt more than comfortable at this nice hotel. This is a more charming hotel that most 04 star – hotels. Extremely nice staff. We certainly recommend this hotel to our Travel Agent in Germany. Thanks for everything.

I knew Lotus Hotel thanks to my friend's recommendation. When I stayed there I find that it is worth to pay. I used to stay many hotels but Lotus Hotel really surprised me. There, everything is impeccable. The staff is very courteous and friendly and our every need was met. The restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. The swimming-pool is nice and there, they always came and replaced wet towers. Everything is tidy and I like their attention to details.
I have compared the Lotus to other three- star hotel and find that it stands out as a leader in service and quality.
I really enjoyed my stay at Lotus Hotel and I would go back to the Lotus.

I stayed at Lotus Hotel Hoian- a very nice hotel- four nights with my family. Service is excellent and the staff is very friendly, enthusiastic. There, you can enjoy fresh air and peaceful countryside together with the most comfortable facilities equipped. My husband and children love the hotel much. We really enjoyed a very wonderful and meaningful holiday there. Actually, if I come back Hoian, I am sure to stay at Lotus Hotel.
