This is one of the nicest hotels i have ever seen. The rooms are very beautiful and the staff is just so kind. The whole atmosphere is very friendly and the terasse where you have breakfast is really special... For me its the very best hotel in Vietnam!!!

This is a great hotel! The facilities and friendiless of staff are first class! It is great value for your money and really feels like a home away from home where the employees cannot do enough to help you. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An.

The hotel is certainly nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly, though they don't quite understand the concept of a big bed for couple. Also, it might be a little pricy for hotel of this standard and location though. The food is really nothing to shout about. The Pho (noodle) shop a few doors away is a good find with nice noodles soup at cheap price.

I would just like to inform you of the great hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. The staff were great they made our stay very enjoyable. My sister had her 60th birthday the second day of our stay and without us informing them they presented her with a boquet of roses and a card, they must of took the date from her passport. They could not do enough to assist all guests with their stay. The hotel was also very clean and well decorated the standard I felt was great. The hotel I feel needs a listing in the Lonely planet book of Vietnam.

Thien Thanh hotel is one of the hidden gems of Hoi An town. Located at the quiet part of the town, you enjoy the peace yet has the walking convenience of the ancient town. The staff here are very friendly and the rooms has a resort feel to it. It's a four star place with a two star prices. It's SLIGHTLY pricer than some other places, but it's worth it!!!! Anyway, the owner's (Mrs Binh) sister has a tailor shop (To-To) just few houses down, and has made EXCELLENT clothes for me ...believe me, I have a few stuff done in other places in the Old Town, and it's quite lacking in quality.
