This was one of the best budget hotels
we stayed at in Vietnam (March 2008). Our room was about 3 flights of
stairs UP (no elevator) but the room had a window, air-conditioning, and
2 queen-sized beds. The staff were quick to assist with us with plugging
the fridge in and getting us a hair dryer (mentioned in their
brochure). Breakfast was included and internet access was free. Staff
were always happy and willing to help. Most tourist sites are a bit of
a walk but, then again, walking never killed anyone. We would recommend
this place.

Wife, self and 3 young kids a great time in Hue, largely due to the
Hai Dang's host, Hoang, cutting thru the language barrier...nothing was
too much trouble and his advice was great in general. Sister hotel in
Hanoi (Ngoc Minh) is OK as well...good info from tour desk...really nice
