Online Room Price Including

	All rates are in USD per room per night, including breakfast, 10% VAT & 5% service charges.
	No extra charge for child under 12 when sharing room with parents.
	Extra bed: add more USD22/person/night.  + Maximum two (02) children under 12 years old can share a paid room with parents utilizing the existing bed without extra accommodation charge. + Maximum one (01) extra bed can be arranged per room. Extra bed is unavailable for twin rooms of Standard category. The extra bed rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for one person only.
	Check-in time at 14:00 , Check-out time at 12:00 noon.
	Breakfast is US $8/net per person and 50% for children 5 to 12 years, no charge for children below 5 years.
