Airco deficient, water problems in bathroom, no breakfast in the hotel (next building in a bad restaurant), and so on....

we booked in to the hotel .We were shown to a room that was no bigger than a Phone box.We asked for a latger room.we were charged another $8 a day for the bigger room.The bathroom was just ok,the window in the batheoom could not be shut and there were missing louvers in the window the light over the hand basin did not work.When we went down to the front desk for Breakfast,We were given a Voucher for the resteurant next door.The breakfast that was offered was nothing short of an insult,I feed my dog better than that we never went back.I have a new name for your hotel.Instead of Dream I would suggest Nightmare to be more appropriate.

The Dreams Bar is non existent,
although still featured on brochures at the front desk. Location is
poor. Overpriced.
