We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2008.  We arrived by bus quite early in the morning (6:30am) and they were able to check us in immediately which was good.  Room was on the 5th floor but they have very nice elevators.  Room had a window but there was a wall just outside it so no view.  Although it clearly stated that breakfast was INCLUDED in our booking, the hotel did not honor this.  We were flat out refused breakfast and, when we tried to look at the reference form staff were referring to, they tried to hide it from us.  However, I noticed that they had put a line through 'breakfast.'  They told us they would call the agency whom we booked through but whether they actually did or not remains a mystery.

The hotel is one block from the main road that runs along the beach but a LONG walk from any of the tourist sites.  You\'ll need a bike.  Staff do NOT speak english here so you'll struggle to communicate unless you speak good Vietnamese.
The rooms were clean and quite adequate, though (with air-conditioning) and internet access is free (very slow).
