Lady at the front desk is not nice at all. Most rude person I have ever had to deal with at a hotel in Vietnam. She should be fired for her bad attitude. Rest of the staff, is so-so. They have problems here. Choose another hotel for your stay in Nha Trang. Moved to a cheaper hotel one block away and was treated like royalty.
