The hotel is right at the main street.
the streets in vietnam are very, very noisy. the hotel rooms are with this also very noisy. you could think that the streets goes trough your room! the staff is friendly, but just with that, i haven't slept! we found some streets forward a very nice and new hotel (called the sunny hotel). it's very clean, has swimmingpool, friendly staff, good rooms and very good prices!!!
