I made the mistake of staying at your hotel from 31/1/10 - 5/02/10 with my Wife. The first morning my wife and I were woken by loud music being played on a speaker outside my room (621). I was told the manager was on holiday and that I could not speak to them. The next day I was disturbed by building work at 8.00 am. That same day I was repeatedly insulted by your receptionist miss Uyen who could not make herself understood in English so resorted to being flippant and rude. The next evening your staff refused to bring me a wine glass. IS THAT A DIFFICULT REQUEST?!
Not to mention the incompetence of your housekeeping staff, I could go on but can't be bothered! I have lived in Sai Gon for over 6 years & My wife is vietnamese. I will never stay at your poorly run hotel again. I will tell everyone I know and meet to avoid your hotel at all costs. 4 STAR??!! what a joke!
