The laundry service is slow, no hot water in certains rooms, the Lady supposed to be so nice, never smile to me not even once... But the place is beautifull

Cat Cat Hotel is a lovely, friendly, family run hotel. The owners and staff cannot do enough for you. They can arrange everything you need and do it with a smile. Lots of stairs could be a problem sometimes.

The view is magnificent and the husband and wife who runs the hotel are very friendly. This will be the only hotel i\'ll be staying in Sapa!

Brilliant views from all rooms. Limited menu but very well presented. Lots of steps but they were building a lift when there in Oct 2007. Great staff. Would return again.
