bad ! bad ! bad !!!
service is simply terrible, rooms doesn't worth more than 5$, but you
pay for the views that most of the time are hidden by the heavy fog...
when i did the check-in, the receptionist gave me a coupon for breakfast
(included in the room rate). she told me nothing about it, i didn't
really look at it because i thought that it's only
a receipt.
The next morning i came to have breakfast and no-one asked to see the
coupon. After i finished eating the waiteress asked me to pay 15,000
DONG. I told her that i had payed for a room+breakfast, but she
answered that i should have brought that coupon even after i went to my
room and brought the paper, they (the arrogant receptionist was involved
too) still insisted that i pay!!! of course i refused and moved to
another hotel.

Mountain View Hotel is an excellent hotel, in almost every aspect.
There is only one thing I must complain about. I bought there the train
ticket to Hanoi because they assured me that the seats were soft. This
turned out to be a lie: they were terribly hard. It was unbearable to be
seated there for more than eleven hours.Close the window
