Fantastic hotel for the price. Great
service and very well organized. Had a room with mountain view balcony,
the view was unbelievable.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, I am
very sorry to state that the deluxe room we stayed in during January 07
was very draughty, freezing COLD, grubby, with tatty bed linen, not
enough bed linen to keep us warm, no heating, very hard plastic coated
mattress. Extremely uncomfortable. In all, an extremely disappointing,
uncomfortable, unpleasant stay. I could not recommend this hotel to
anyone other than a backpacker. Not at all the standard we had come to
expect in Vietnam as other hotels we stayed at of a similar price were
outstanding in all respects.
