Staff were unfriendly, didn't speak any English.
paid US$5 exta for breakfast which was dreadful and were charged extra for second cup of tea.
Were told to check out at 11am even though check out is at 12pm, because they had a group of Japanese coming in. They put flowers and teabags in rooms for new group - we didn't get any of that.
