DOMESTIC FLIGHT SCHEDULE & RATES (E - Tickets)
- The booking service is free of charge for travelers.
- “Electronic ticket”: is a ticket in electronic form, including all information pertaining to the usage of carriage services of Vietnam Airlines (VN) instead of paper ticket. Electronic ticket (E-ticket) has all information as shown in the paper ticket of VN and VN takes the responsibility to store the E-ticket data base and guarantees smooth travel for passengers.
- “Passenger and baggage carriage contract”: is a dossier of E-ticket, carriage conditions, tariffs of VN and other written agreements of both parties.
- Unit Price: US Dollar (US$).
- Domestic departure tax is now included in the fare price
- Child's fare: under 2: 10% adult rate; from 2-12: 75% of adult rate; from 12 up: adult rate.
- Our Fare Families:
Name change: Not permitted

Business class (CVN, DVN, JVN) and Economy class (YVN)
+ Flight change:    Permitted without fee.
+ Itinerary change: Permitted without fee.
Passenger is to pay fare difference (new vs. current itinerary) plus itinerary change fee if applicable
+ Cancellation/ Refund: Permitted with fee 10%

Economy Saver (LPX, MPX, RPX, QPX)
+ Flight change:    Permitted with fee VND 100.000
+ Itinerary change: Permitted with fee VND 100.000
Passenger is to pay fare difference (new vs. current itinerary) plus itinerary change fee if applicable
+ Cancellation/ Refund: Permitted with fee 25%.
