I had a great time in Vietnam.
The hotel was lovely. It had everything we wanted. Your website was great, very detailed and comments from other customers. it was very useful that u have quite a few lungages to select from. The service you provide was pretty good as well. I had some problem with price to do with early-booking, but it was sorted before the depature.
I was so satisfied with your service that I booked the hotel in London from you. It was quite hard to find a hotel due to peak season, but you came up with
alternative sugestion when our request was rejected from the hotel. Thanks to you, my family are in London at the moment.
Hotel is the key when you have a holiday and you provide such a good information.

I was spent the one night in Stars hotel. The room was pretty decoration even small space with the nice view.
And 2 more nights at the Mountain view hotel in SAPA, I enjoy sipping the tea in the panoramic view room. The view is looking from the room which to die for.

My son and myself had enjoyed our holidays in Vietnam very much. It was a good experience and very pleasant stay. The hotels which we booked through your website are clean and comfortable. The service level is very good.
Regarding your company's service, we appreciate your help in last minute getting the hotel for us. The price charged is reasonable and we hope the hotel rate can be maintained affordable for budget travellers.

Everything was as we expected it to be.
The check in and out at the hotel was quick and easy.
On the down side the hotel staff gave preference to Vietnamese speaking guests before anyone else which was a little irritating at times, but that is the management of the hotels concern.We would use your services again and would recommend you to our friends. Our trip to Vietnam was excellent - we had a lot of fun and we were grateful that we had organised all of our plans prior to us leaving our country.
You services were very useful to us because it was a 'one-stop-shop' to organise everything from hotel accomodation, to tours and flights.

Your replies were prompt and quick - the only suggestion for improvement that I could make is to have the ability to view our travel details on an online system over the internet (e.g. a customer will have an online profile with their bookings recorded). This is because there were times when the service assistance would make a typing/copying mistake, and I would have to clarify the details again over email. Having an online profile would save the constant back-and-forth process of correcting/then
confirming the details again and again.

Our trip to Halong Bay was fantastic! The Chinese "Junk" boat you provided was large and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the top sundeck and lounge chairs. First of all, I would like to say your tour guides, Loi (Hanoi, HaLong Bay) and Khanh (Sapa) were great. Especially Loi, we really appreciate his hard work and caring towards us. He made the extra effort to walk us to our train ride and to where our beds are. And he made sure we were alright before he leaves. As you know, the train station is very chaotic especially to us foreigners. Strangers were pushing and pointing us to the wrong directions. So having Loi around was very comforting. Loi was also a great tour guide. He speaks perfect English and explained the sites well. He definitely had made our trip memorable and enjoyable. As for our tour guide Khanh, I am not sure if he's our assigned tour guide for Sapa. He told us the tour guide that we were assigned to does not speak English, so he was asked to do the tour instead. The original tour guide will keep 100 VND and give Khanh 200 VND a day for touring us. We enjoyed Khanh's company. But he was not as caring as Loi. His job seems a lot easier than Loi but he was not as responsible. One major complaint about the trip was that he did not take us to the SAPA train station. I'm not sure if it's his job or the original tour guide's responsibility. The driver dropped us off at the station and left us. So we presented the tickets to the entrance but the people would not let us enter because they said the tickets we have were not real tickets. They said they are advertisements and that we have to wait until everyone-else entered before they can print us the tickets. Half an hour later, we were still waiting. It was so confusing. So we started running around asking people about our tickets but no-one cared to help. They pointed us to all different directions but none was correct. It was a very scary experience. Finally when it was half an hour before departure, my mother-in-law was able to get help from a gentleman for the printed tickets. We were relieved but the experience at the station was not pleasant at all. I really hope you will work with the tour guide in Sapa to improve this. We arrived to Hanoi station this morning at 5:15am and were so excited to see Loi standing at the station waiting for us. I can't tell you how happy we were! He graciously took us to the hotel for breakfast and he will come back to pick us up to the airport for our trip to Saigon. I want you to know that Loi provided us an outstanding service and that should be the way it is. Please send him our sincere appreciation. We enjoy the trip but it could be better if not for the bad experience at the Sapa train station. Thanks for listening. |
