The tour is great and memorable. The services and the staffs have
been very helpful as i have made many changes to my hotels and the
response from your staffs have been very quick. Despite all the
changes i have made during the trip, your staffs have been very
patient and kind to assist me in all. I really appreciate it alot.
I will definitely book via your website again when i travel back to
vietnam. I hope you all can continue to grow in business and bring
more ease to all the travellers coming into vietnam.

To a larger extent the tour was very good and enjoyable. The tour guide at sapa was excellent. However, we experienced two problems on the tour.
1. The bed sheets in the hotel were very dirty and had not been cleaned since the last use. Stains and body hair was evident in the beds.
2. The return date for the train trip back to Hanoi was incorrect and we were requested to pay an additional charge to correct the error. Although our guide did eventually assist in negotiating a correction without additional cost.
Most of the people we encounted were very helpful and the trip overall was very enjoyable.

The only issue was the flight time we requested did not eventuate. My only comment is that it would have been good to know this prior to our arrival in Saigon.

on prices and descriptions of the hotel rooms. I really appreciated your
quick responses. We got rooms booked within 10-15 minutes by phone.
I do however think that your transfer services are overpriced as
compared to comparable alternatives.

the Vietnam trip was excellent. The Liberty 2 Hotel was also very good. It's location is ideal for the international traveller - it seems to be in the centre of the city and the closeness of the Ben Thanh markets is very convenient. We found the staff to be most helpful and courteous. Free internet use was a bonus. While we only booked 2 nights through your agency, we liked the Liberty 2 so we extended our stay to a total of 7 additional nights in two blocks.
Your website is very good with detailed maps that can be printed - these are important. The taxi from the airport got lost so we had to show him the map!!
With regard to the tours and other bookings we found that it is far less expensive to book when in Saigon that from Australia. I know you have to make commissions, but the tours offered seem to be far more expensive than those offered, for example, at the Sinh Cafe.
Can I suggest that you contact the Thien An Hotel in Da Lat. We stayed there and it was absolutely top class. Excellent, attentive service, a comfortable, spacious room, a HUGE daily breakfast, free internet, free bicycles and for four nights it cost only 1.3 million dong.
