I was very satisfied with my hotel room, and
I thought that your service was very helpful. It was especially nice
to be able to arrange a taxi to pick me up at the airport to take me
to my hotel. I will be sure to consider Hotels-in-Vietnam if I
return to Vietnam, and I'll also recommend it to any of my friends
should they plan to visit Hanoi.

Yes I have been using your site for booking each time we need to book anything in Vietnam. I have had great service in terms of the time taken to revert back to me with confirmations and if my hotel is not available then with giving other available options.
I feel if you run campaigns for return users its will be more fun cause it will make us spend more through your site.

I really enjoyed this service, especially since I could pay ahead of time. It made things much easier for me. |

From my side I was planning to revert with my experience from the visit to your country, and evidently it is high time.
On the whole it was a nice trip: the weather, the food, the sea.
As for your role in our trip, everything was arranged perfectly well:
airport transfer, hotel accommodation.
There are slight unpleasant things, such as quite a long distance to get to Mui Ne from the airport (it took us almost five hours),
and the other - my stolen cell phone from the room of the hotel while we were out dining.
Nevertheless, nothing could prevent us from enjoying ourselves at the beach.
With all my heart I kindly thank you for the organization of my trip.
Should I decide to visit your country or the nearby area, I will surely address to you. |

If you are talking about the Serenade Hotel is was excellent we were very happy with that. If you are talking about our tour to Sapa everything was wonderful and ran very smoothly.. our tour guide in Sapa Hoang was excellent! He knew so much about Sapa and relly looked after us. However the hotel that we got dropped back to at 4.30am when the train got into Hanoi was average. We went straight to sleep and were awoken to mice noring at our bags so we checked out
immediately. Apart from that we had a wonderful time!
Thanks for all your help! |

I have enjoyed my stay in Saigon as well as Mui Ne.
11.09.08 - 12.09.08
Lac Vien Hotel, Saigon
I was given Room 601 and I felt that the hotel owner should have added more gas to their air conditioner as it was not cold at all. Although temperature was 16C, it was very humid and both my friend and myself did not use the blanket at all. I woke up 5 times as I couldn't sleep due to the humidity.
12.09.08 - 13.09.088
Blue Ocean Resort, Mui Ne
I was very impressed with the Standard Twin Room. The resort was very beautiful though the sand and the sea was not clean. Having said that, breakfast was mediocre, the bread was not fresh. Sausage was not appetising. I believe they can do much better in this area. Overall, it was worth the US$46.00 that I have paid.
13.09.08 - 14.09.08
Lac Vien Hotel, Saigon.
This time I was given Room 101. Air conditioner was not an issue but I guessed because of the low level, I could hear that there was a heated argument, perhaps with the staff and a guest ( whom I presume the hotel guest tried to bring a ' guest ' back or perhaps some transvetites whom tried to sell their massage services - I was pestered 3 times when I walked back from the Ben Thanh Market ) at 0200hrs. I suppose the staff should be given education not to talk at the top of their voice at such a late hour even though the guest could have been wrong. Having sid that, although Lac Vien Hotel has a prime location at the Backpackers area, I will not consider to stay there again on my next trip to Saigon where I plan to visit Dalat & Nah Trang where a stop over in Saigon is mandatory.
For US$29.00 on a Standard Queen Room, I will opt for Bui Vien ( Hope I didnt get it wrong ) or Blue River Hotel which is cheaper and both have won rave reviews, just that it was fully booked when I wanted to.
Last but not least, please convey my appreciation to your sales staff, Miss Anna, she has demonstrated excellent customer service when Bui Ven as well as Blue River Hotel were unavailable, she was very patient and offered her assistance to book the next available hotel for me although I know she might not be even earning commission by going the extra mile. I hope your management will commend her for her services perhaps with a good increment in her year end appraisal. |
