My wife and I are very pleased with the services provided by your company.  I would particularly like to say that your employees are excellent and very professional.
Our tour guides and drivers were first class.  We would certainly recommend your company to our friends and family.

We would particularly like to congratulate your office staff and our tour guide on their good work for us.  Their attention to our requirements and flexibility was very much appreciated.
I could make only three very small recommendations for your development programs:
  1. Continue to develop your internet services with up to date information
  2. Implement a customer identification method so that customers can be linked to multiple bookings
  3. Fix the door bell at the hotel

We have had a fantastic holiday in vietnam. Your accommodation and flight reservations were very trouble free. The hotel - Nhi Nhi in Hoi An - was wonderful. The staff and accommodation were superb.

Thank you for your enquiry regarding our trip to Vietnam.
We found our travels there to be most informative and the hotels we stayed in were comfortable, clean and welcoming. We would certainly use your services again and wish you the very best in your business endeavours.

Our only complaint was when we were leaving your wonderful country; unfortunately the immigration people were quite unpleasant. This has nothing to do with you, we know, but perhaps you have some influence in that area and could pass this on.
On a happy note, we had a wonderful time and loved the people of Vietnam.

We are now back home in New Zealand and we thought that we would write to say thank you very much for a wonderful tour and provide you some feedback.
 
  • Hotels you chose were in an excellent location and most were of good 3 star quality. The best hotel was the Duy Tan Hotel in Hue but the Que Huong in Nha Trang was very good too. Not so good were the Sand and Sea (very damp smell in rooms) and the Cong Doan Ha Long in Halong Bay (no hot water and then water that came out was brown). Also no electricity at Cam Do Hotel in Da Lat but that was out of their control.
  • Restaurants were very well chosen except for the Nha Trang and Da Lat part. Our first lunch in Nha Trang on Day 9 without a guide (the driver took us there) was very nice but the lunch on Day 10 (Nha Trang trip to islands) was very basic with only 2 dishes with boiled rice – deep fried fish and one plate of vegetables. All other lunches on the tour were at least 7 dishes including soup and fruit. Da Lat lunches and dinners we have already told you about being unsatisfactory, with guide Jolly Binh.
  • Guides were mostly excellent and professional with the best being the young, University trained ones. In particular we would like to tell you that our Hanoi, Saigon, MeKong Delta and Cambodia guides were excellent and we tipped them and the drivers more than the others to say thank you. As we have already told you the guides in Nha Trang did not speak very good English and did not appear to have a good knowledge of the area, and so they did not tell us much information.
  • We feel that your company should look at using a new Tour Company for the Nha Trang and Da Lat area, as tourists are not getting good value for their money here, and we think that this tour company and their guides are not spending all of the money that you have provided them to look after the tourists. We noted in the book that Jolly Binh asked us to write our comments in, other tourists had written that they were upset that they should have been told by their Tour Company that there were extra charges to be paid for meals. This is referring to how we too were asked to pay extra to cover Jolly Binh’s meal.
  • The Cambodian Tour Company that you used was very good, though the standard of food was not as good as Vietnam, possibly because it was more expensive here. Thank you for booking 4 star hotels here as they were very nice.
  • I think there was a mix up with the final itinerary you sent us, as the no guide days were down as Days 1, 6, 10, 11. We think this was supposed to be 1, 7,9,11. Thank you for refunding the Hoian day with no guide even though you were charged for it. We are sorry for you that you had to pay as we did not need the guide to take us to the restaurant. (Driver could have done this)
  • When we reached Saigon, our guide informed us that we would not be able to return from Chau Doc in time to catch our plane to Cambodia as it as a 7 hour car trip. (Day 16).  As you know, I always had a concern about this day and the time it would take to travel back to Saigon, so we arranged with the Saigon Tour Company to stay two nights in Can Tho and cancel the trip to Chau Doc. We were happy to do this as we still got to see the crocodile farm and our guide put in a few other things but thought that you might like to know so that if you are booking other tourists, you are aware how far the car trip takes from Chau Doc to Saigon.
     
We really found your tour great value and well planned and will be happy to recommend it to our friends and family. Also thank you very much for responding to and accommodating our changes as required throughout our tour eg change in guides.
Hope you had a very Happy New Year. Did you get the Christmas present from us? The paua shell is also called abalone and New Zealand is known for the beautiful colours of the shell.

The tour is great and memorable. The services and the staffs have been very helpful as i have made many changes to my hotels and the response from your staffs have been very quick. Despite all the changes i have made during the trip, your staffs have been very patient and kind to assist me in all. I really appreciate it alot.
