Our trip to Vietnam was excellent - we had a lot of fun and we were
grateful that we had organised all of our plans prior to us leaving
our country.
You services were very useful to us because it was a 'one-stop-shop'
to organise everything from hotel accomodation, to tours and
flights.
Your replies were prompt and quick - the only suggestion for
improvement that I could make is to have the ability to view our
travel details on an online system over the internet (e.g. a
customer will have an online profile with their bookings
recorded). This is because there were times when the service
assistance would make a typing/copying mistake, and I would have to
clarify the details again over email. Having an online profile
would save the constant back-and-forth process of correcting/then
confirming the details again and again.

problem arose, Ms Hanh, our agent, solved it immediately and
satisfactorily. She was also able to accommodate us in making changes
to our itinerary while we were in Vietnam. Please convey our
gratitude to her. We also give high marks to the hotels you chose
for us and to the tour guide who took us into the Mekong Delta.
Thanks very much to you, we plan to return to Vietnam next year,

Our trip to Halong Bay was fantastic! The Chinese "Junk" boat you
provided was large and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the top
sundeck and lounge chairs. The delicious meal onboard was
ridiculously large and we didn't even eat 1/2 of it! Our guide,
Dien, spoke perfect English and was friendly and knowledgeable. |

Hi, Thank You for your email. We are
home now and had a very enjoyable holiday. We were very happy with
your hotel booking and train ticket purchasing. The only problem we
had was there was knowone to pick us up at Saigon airport on our
arrival. But everything else was great. |

I had an absolutely fantastic time in Vietnam and I will be
returning in the near future. I booked my hotel in Ha Noi through
Hotels-in-vietnam.com and stayed at the Hua Lin Hotel where I booked
an air ticket to Ho Chi Minh City and a tour to Halong Bay also
through Hotels-in-Vietnam.com. The booking process was first class
and the Hua Lin Hotel was very comfortable with extremely friendly
and helpful staff. When I return to Viet Nam I will continue to
book through your company and when I return to Ha Noi I will
definitely return to the Hua Lin Hotel. |

The service was good and affordable.
My visit to VN was great and memorable, the country has changed a
lot since the time I left VN about 11 years ago. I hope to come back
some time next year or so.
