Thank you for helping us with hotels and flight in Vietnam.
Our trip turned out very well. It was very interesting to learn your
country. However, we realized that the first hotel - which was
alright - was situated in the wrong district for our taste. Saigon
Phu Quoc Resort was very nice with very, very nice personnel. Very
serviceminded and helpful. They were also very nice to talk to. Yes,
our trip was most satisfactory. |

Sau 5 tuan lê du lich vê Viêt Nam, gia
dình chúng tôi vua tro vê lai Dan Mach. Chuyên di vua qua da dem lai
cho gia dình chúng tôi rât nhiêu â´n tuong sâu dâm.
Hon 20 nam sông xa quê nhà, do vây muc dích cua tôi không phai chi
di xem nhung danh lam thang canh o các miên bac, trung, nam. Chúng
tôi cung muôn tìm hiêu vê nhung thây dôi vê xa hôi, van hoá và con
nguoi Viêt Nam trong nhung nam qua. Do vây ngoai nhung tour du lich
o Hà Nôi, Ha Long, Sapa, Huê, Hôi An, Nha Trang, My Tho, Cân Tho,
nhung lân tro chuyên cùng các anh, chi huóng dân tour, nhung nhân
viên khách san, các anh tài xê xe du lich, taxi da dông gôp rât
nhiêu cho su thành công cua chuyên di vua qua cua gia dình chúng
tôi.
Tôi viêt lá thu này là dê cám on tât ca quí vi vê nhung su tiêp dai
tôt và nông hâu mà gia dình chúng tôi da nhân duoc. Là môt giáo su,
tôi có hua vói các dông nghiêp và hoc sinh cua mình là se thuyêt
trình vê chuyên di này. Ngoài ra tôi cung se dang môt sô hình anh và
bài viêt (bang tiêng Dan Mach) trên mang internet trong thoi gian
toi dây. Tôi mong rang viêc làm cua mình se giúp cho nguoi dân Dan

triên cua ngành du lich o quê nhà. Vì tôi da nhìn thây duoc ràng,
ngành du lich da giúp phân cai tiên cuôc sông cho nhiêu dông bào,
nhât là dông bào o các vùng nông thôn.
Gia dình chúng tôi xin dac biêt cám on nhung anh, chi và tôi chúc
sau dây:
1. Cac nhân viên làm viêc o khách san Hoa Linh (35 Hàng Bô, Hà Nôi),
dac biêt là anh Tuân vê su phuc vu rât chu dáo và tân tình.
2. Chi Quí (tour guide Hà Nôi) cua Hoa Linh Hotel vê su nhiêt tình cua
chi.
3. Chi Mai Hoa cua Sinhcafe vê tô chuc di Ha Long và Sapa.
4. Anh Quí (tour guide-Sapa) cho môt chuyên di khó quên.
5. Anh Truong (tour guide o Huê) vê nhung hiêu biêt rông vê lich su
Viêt Nam.
6. Chi Trang vê môt hành trình rât chuyên nghiêp (professional) tu
bac vào nam. Tô chúc rât chu dáo và dúng theo nhung diêu da giao
hen. Gia dình tôi rât hài lòng.
7. Nhân viên khách san Sapa trong viêc giúp do trong lúc vo tôi bênh.
8. Toàn thê nhân viên o khách san Saigon Mourin o Huê vê su tiêp dai
rât nông hâu, ân cân và phuc vu chu dáo. Ngoài ra thuc an rât ngon.
9. Nhân viên tai Hôi An Beach Resort vì su phuc vu tôt.
10. Các nhân viên khách san Tân Hoàn Ngoc (29 Thu Khoa Huân-Saigon)
vê su tiêp dón niêm no, vui ve.
Di nhiên cung có môt sô truong hop chúng tôi không hài lòng vê cách
hoat dông cua môt vài tô chúc. Nhung nhìn chung thì gia dình tôi da
có duoc môt chuyên du lich rât tuyêt vòi trong hè qua. Chác chán là
chúng tôi se tro lai Viet Nam khi diêu kiên cho phép. Môt lân nua
gia dình chúng tôi xin goi lòi cam on dên tât ca quí vi.
