Our stay recently at BaoSon was excellent, Staff are amazing and
went out of their way to help, hotel is lovely and rooms huge,quiet and
very clean.Restaurant however,was a dissapointment, five menu items we
ordered arrived VERY different to what we ordered (potatoe on menu but
rice on plate), not much choice of eating places around this area.We
stayed here because of pool but what they fail to let you know is that
the pool is open to the public so each time we checked the pool it was
PACKED with local children swimming and having lessons, so avoid this
place if you want to swim.

I was very satisfied with the room. It was a brand new one on the
7th floor, I don\'t know about the others but this one was huge, large
comfortable bed, large LCD screen, wireless internet (extra fee),
double-pane windows - useful in the noise of Hanoi.
I loved the large heated pool. Only minus, the location is quite far
from the main areas so you\'ll need a taxi to go downtown which is
however inexpensive.
