This hotel is an absolute disgrace. We actually had the room in the pic but it was either airbrushed or a very very old photo. The room was dirty, the toilet was blocked, the window was broken, the door jammed & and had to be opened by 2 staff with force then it wouldnt shut properly. But the worst thing was the rat on the balcony. We stayed at the hotel for approx 6hrs @ we were out shopping for about 5 & 1/2 of those.

Bodega Hotel is good location for shopping Nike shop and Adidas shop is nearby. Food and coffee is over there.
Bodega Staff is friendly service is very good!

This hotel was our first in Vietnam (March 2008).
The staff were very friendly and keen to assist.  The room, however, was quite dim with NO window and the smell of mold.  The smell fades, though, once you've been in the room for a few minutes.  We can't relate to the photos shown on the hotels website because it looked NOTHING like the Bodega Hotel that WE saw.  The hotels in a good location for walking to places as it's right in the Old Quarter.  Breakfast was not included.  We'd probably avoid this place in future just because of the smell in the room and no window but it was good quality for money.
