There are few things more annoying when staying at a hotel than to
turn up on your last night there and be told that they expected you to
check out that morning and have given your room to someone else. In
their favour they found us an inferior hotel nearby and did return all
our belongings that they'd found in our room.
I'd be inclined to forgive what was probably an honest mistake if they hadn't tried to accuse of all sorts of things while we were trying to
resolve it. And the shower was rubbish.
