Never never stay at this hotel again! The hotel staff are rude,
money-sucking people! Airport transfer was not provided, eventhough it was
pre-arranged, with black and white email printed out as proof. We have booked 4
rooms, all deluxe room, but they simply put some of us in smaller rooms, since
its all pre-paid, they refuse to refund us. Don't arrange any local tour with
them, they charge at least 20% more than other hotels. Do check around.
