I can only reiterate what all above me have said: Location, breakfast, internet in each room, organisation, quietness This is the best value hotel in Hanoi. Everything about it is excellent.

Hanoi View is new, clean and well situated in a quiet street
withing walking distance of most tourist sites. The double glazing really cuts
down on noise. The best thing about Hanoi View is if you are using Tun Travel
for your bookings the office is only a few doors away where you can get personal
assistance. Having a personal computer in the room is great.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hanoi View Hotel. The hotel is new and
the room is spacious and clean. It has a flat screen TV with more than 30
channels if I am not mistaken. As I travelled alone, I seldom went out at night
and the many TV channels, especially the sports and movie channels, kept me
entertained. On top of that, the room has a computer with free internet access
and to me this is so very good! However, I hope you can improve on your
breakfast. I went once for breakfast at 8am and found almost all trays were
empty. I guess that day a big group of tourists made their way to the café just
before me! All in all, this is a very good hotel and I shall recommend it to
others.

I was entirely satisfied with Hanoi View. They were very friendly.
The room was just what I needed. Breakfast was fine. All very good value in a
fascinating part of Hanoi. I highly recommend the hotel.

Room was beautifully decorated and very spacious (stayed in the suite because price was very reasonable). Location is handy, right in the middle of the Old Quarter. Facilities are amazing: PC with internet in room, spa, king size bed, etc. Room price includes a fantastic buffet breakfast. Everything in the hotel is brand new. Staff are friendly and speak excellent English. They arrange everything including taxi to airport and tours. Must surely be the best value for money accommodation in Hanoi.
Would certainly recommend to anyone going to Hanoi.
