I want to thank the management for a very nice stay in their hotel and for the attention to detail. I was in a party of four and we all enjoyed our time in the hotel and enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we would certainly stay there again. It was clean, friendly, spacious, and the helpful staff were wonderful and fun. Thank you for your kindness and helping to make our stay in Hanoi memorable.

Room is immaculately clean and everything
works. Breakfast however is a bit disappointing but adequate for a
simple one; not much to choose.

Your booking service was very good and the Hanoi Paradise Hotel was
expecting us. The service at the hotel was also very good, with the staff
helping with one or two little problems that we had. The room on our first night
was at the back so very quiet, but for the rest of our stay (after we returned
from Halong bay) we had a room at the front of the hotel, which was very noisy
with traffic and a chicken (cockerel) in the morning!
Also the breakfast was a bit poor. It may be the normal standard for breakfasts
in Hanoi, but it was still a bit disappointing.
Finally the location of the hotel is very good for customers wanting to stay in
the Old Quarter.Close the window
