We stayed at the Jasper Hotel for 4 nights in total during April 08. Staff very friendly and helpfull, hotel located on fringe of old town, good location quiet at night & only a few mins walk to central old town. Rooms not that large but clean & comfortable. We had deluxe room with balcony, balcony very small can only stand on it. As with most Asian hotels in this price bracket (and even more expensive ones) bathroom tends to flood when you have a shower. Good value for money.

The hotel is well situated in the old quarter with easy access to most attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We booked our tours and changed our money at the hotel. A nice touch was the free internet at the reception area.
We would recommend this hotel to friends.

The rooms at the Jasper Hotel were nicely done. It was nice staying in a new hotel. They organised our tour in Sapa for us which was great. The only problem was the the breakfast wasn't really that good, there wasn't much to choose from and it was the worst breakfast we had all holiday. Thats the only thing they could in prove on.

Everything went on in the Jasper hotel as promised.
The price, the quality level and the amenities were as described on the homepage. Everything was correct. This new hotel is very nice, its location is perfect, the rooms are nice and clean.
The staff is very friendly, they are helpful. They speak good English. They are always ready to help in all matters. They are ready to manage extra requests as well. The tour company they work with (Ha Long tours etc.) is also perfect. I am very satisfied with that hotel.
I will recommend that to my friends. If I go to Vietnam once again, I will stay in that hotel.

We very much enjoyed our time at the Jasper Hotel. Because of our coming and going, we ended up staying in 3 different rooms.
These were all deluxe rooms and we particularly enjoyed having a balcony in each where we could sit out and watch the surrounding daily life in Hanoi. It was always quiet at night even though the streets were very busy during the day.
The rooms were all comfortable and clean. Staff was most friendly and helpful. Breakfast was modest but adequate.
We have already recommended this hotel to many friends and we'd definitely stay there again on another visit to Hanoi.
