we went to vietnam on july 2009. the room was dirty, the bed sheet was messed up and smelly. when i was asking for a new one, believe it or not i saw the staff took his own sheet and gave it to me. it's a shame they charged that price for those kind of services.

Out of date hotel, shower was broken, didn't work at all,the bed was broken, with non-speaking english staff, watching tv all day, not even say hello when you're coming in.
The toilet downstairs is in/near the kitchen where they make your breakfast, don't look at the dresser with the dirty swabs, the same with they wash your plate.....
Hotel location is perfect.
