Prince Hanoi 2 is a sparkling new hotel with clean modern rooms, and with an excellent staff. Only draw back (and it\'s minor) is location is in the more cramped part of Old Quarter, so streets are narrow and lots of vendors around. That said it's great for shopping like the locals. It's still just 5-10 minute walk to Restored Sword Lake.

After some confusion with the name of our hotel we were pleasantly surprised with the rooms.  They were very clean and tidy.  The staff were very pleasant and breakfast was a treat.  I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is new to Hanoi.  The location was just right, we walked down to the lake and around the streets feeling very safe and secure.  A job very well done.

Excellent hotel. 
Good price and friendly staff.  Breakfast was basic but fresh each day.  Room were very spacious and the price is excellent for the room. Request upper floor rooms due to street noise.
