This hotel has great staff who really enjoys helping you. The rooms are clean and nice with aircondition. Its close to everything. You get free internet access at the hotel computers in the lobby. This is one of the best places we stayed during our visit in Vietnam

The ritz hotel in hanoi was very
memorable, all staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and good value for money, easy too walk as its quite central to everything.
Its hidden away in an alleyway which makes it very private, lovely to see the lake every morning. Totally recommend the ritz to any traveller
heading to hanoi.
