We had great service at the Viet Anh
Hotel. Lei was very professional, extremely helpful (an absolute asset
to the hotel) and made our stay in Hanoi very enjoyable. The rooms were
smaller than we realised and could have been cleaned more thoroughly but
all in all for US$40 per night per couple it's a bargain. Thanks Lei.
