Continental was good location to stay, breakfast was fairly not too good. The room was large and comfortable accept for the restroom, shower water pressure slow and weak, toilet seat was old. Hotel rate is 4 star but restroom rate 2 star need to update, service was good, but reception and breakfast cruise was cold.

My first 4 nights in the hotel were nice and quiet. But when I returned 8 nights later to stay, I arrived around 3pm, only to be told my room that was booked would not be available until around 6pm. I was not happy about this as I had been travelling and was very tired. I took a lesser room at 3pm rather than wait till 6pm for the room I booked. I was not happy at all. The room they gave me was very noisy in amongst a group booking who were very noisy. One other thing the buffet breakfasts were awful.

I am satisfied with the reservation at Continental Hotel but it was a BIG deception with the room and service there. will never go back to Continental Hotel, too bad they went down that much! They really are at a very good and convenient location. I don't know how your tour worked because I only use your service to book the hotel. Thank you for asking.

Great place - first, negotiate the price - you can talk it down a little. Definitely ask for a villa on the water - they are spacious, with a fridge, a beautiful bathroom / shower and a large veranda to enjoy sunsets and a cocktail. Phu Quoc is amazing... One of my favorite places in the world - if you want tranquility and beautiful surroundings, don't miss this place. Oh - the restaurant was pretty great, too.
