Stayed there twice, very good service and
staffs are helpful. Very convenient location for food and walking distance
to Ben Tanh Market. Good selection of TV channels too!

Perfect location across street from a park,
with hundreds of elderly people doing tai chi early in morning. Hotel staff
was the best...I had pre paid for transportation to pick me up at airport,
but plane was late and I took a cab parked in front. When we got to hotel
at 3:30 am, the driver wanted $300.00, and desk clerk spoke to driver, and
then called hotel security. Security took down his cab number, yelled at
him, ask me for $10.00.....Now, The rest of the days were great. I am 63
and traveling alone.....Great shops, great places to et, and watch the world
go by.. As you leave hotel, turn right, walk to corner, and fun cafe, with
outside seating...After a cold beer, continue down that cross street to the
right....About 2 blocks down on right is a unique Propaganda Shop with
posters silk screened on a light canvas....Beautiful rich colors and
quality....The shop is called Dogma. They have a web site. I had great
lasagna, on two streets over, from front of shop mostly had Vietnamese food,
But "What the Hey". Back to hotel.....The only thing to watch for is
someone starting up a conversation and trying to distract you, then you feel
there hand touching your pockets. This happened as I was standing in front
of hotel....I have no complaints about hotel....everything is just the way
they describe it on their site.......Hope this helps.....

Rooms were large, carpeted, clean and updated. Staff was very friendly. I would definately stay here again. Breakfast buffet was delicious and very central to most sights.

Best thing about this hotel is the staff
who all go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They raised a fairly
ordinary hotel to being a pleasure to stay there.

Actually there is nothing else to say as my rating is very high.
Even if language barrier sometimes was little issue however friendly
approach of both hotel personnel and myself could easily bring bilateral
understanding in issues such as getting information, details of the menu
which was server on the top restaurant, getting taxi and care of hotel
employee to feel me comfortable, and such issues like highly organized
and very polite room cleaning crew. Not to affect their schedules I was
easy to give the crew right time and comfort to make my room with no
rush and receiving this room nicely refreshed. Also I follow requests of
the hotel authorities not to change every day towels which were clean
enough to participate in the water, every savings, which in California,
USA we do all quite the same. Overall, this nice hotel will be my place
to stay when I am back to HCMCity.
