Great location, a street away from luxury hotels like Caravelle, Park Royal Hyatt, so quiet yet safe place to stay at.
We stayed at its May Deluxe room which was spacious and complete including bath robes, hair dryer and bedroom slippers. Would have been better if a safe box is available in the room too. Was surprised that there was no complimentary mineral water, you have to pay for it. The buffet breakfast spread was good.
The front reception staff was helpful. We were able to check in and get our room key very quickly and since room was available, we managed to enter room before 11am. Upon check out, hotel was able to keep our luggages for us as we left for airport only late afternoon.
The hotel is very new. Swimming pool is however not ready as at 3 March 2008.
