I liked the renovated room and cuisine very much.

I have now stayed twice.. in 2004 & 2005, I like the fact its a
homely type of hotel, right in the main street.. no huge walks thru
empty foyers to get to a lift, all close and convenient. Rooms are good
and well equipped. Would recommend it to any business or vacationing
traveler who wants a nice placeto stay but does not need to spend money
on monster marbel stair cases. Very historic too.. GIVE IT A GO..!

For what I had paid I was most impressed with this Hotel. You could not really be in a more central position. The staff were courteous and helpful and the room was far better than I would have expected (de-luxe king-size bed I think). The adjoined bar/diner was also very friendly with good service and friendly welcoming staff. Definitely one I would recommend to friends.
