Saigon Star was an amazing value for money. The rooms were cleanliness personified and the friendliness of the staff was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was more than substantial and one could go either way with the choices - Western or Oriental. Wonderful. We also found so many extras to enchant us - the daily complementary fruit, the staff NOT standing around for tips, etc. Great experience.
