Ich war jetzt im April 2010 in Saigon.
The Spring House Hotel ist für mich ein kompaktes Hotel mit Preis und
Leistung sehr gut für ein NEULING wie Vietnam mit Tourismus.
The Spring House ist genau mitte im Zentrum von Saigon platziert, von da
kann man Zufuß zu den Einkaufzentren, Nachtsmarkt, Hafen.....gehen.Zimmer
ist ein bißchen klein aber sehr sauber, hat ein Minibar, Warmwasser gibt
sogar unter 39°C Temparatur in Saigon. Service Staff ist sehr nett und
freundlich, Englisch ist ausreichen, ich kann sie sehr gut verstehen,
denn ich spreche mit ihnen vietnamesisch.....
Auf jedenfalls ist the Spring House Hotel für diesen Preis sehr
empfehlenswert.

I stayed at the Spring House hotel in September, 2009, after
switching from another hotel that I did not like. The rooms were large,
comfortable and I appreciated that the shower was on the other side of
the bathroom from the toilet. Also, the bathroom amenities seemed very
new, which was great. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall, it
was a great experience and I'd happily stay there again.

I & my family of 3 stayed in Spring
House Hotel for 2 nights from 23 August 2008. The deluxe room was
spacious but things that are listed on the website such hair-dryer,
safe deposit box and Tea/coffee making facilities WAS NOT PROVIDED in my
room. If all these are not provided, it should not be listed as this are
the little things that are considered in choosing a hotel. They do not
provide breakfast so having tea/coffee making facilities in the room to
us is important. If I knew it, I might not choose this hotel during my
stay in Ho Chin Minh. To me, it is like CHEATING the customers.
I am thankful I only booked for 2 days and I got a better hotel for the
other 2 nights.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anybody because besides not
providing what they state on the website, they also try to charge to
customers who are using credit card a higher extra charge without
informing upfront. They try to charge me at 6% for using credit card
where else what was stated in the voucher is only 3%. They have my
voucher and they knew about it but during check-in they did not inform
me otherwise. Only during checked-out, they told us about the 6%. I
argued about it, as I am only willing to pay 3% extra as stated in the
agent's voucher, but they refused and agree to reduce to 4%. To me, they
are not honest and professional.

I have stayed at this hotel many times
but today when I checked out and wanted to pay in VN Dong I was told the
exchange rate to the $ was 19,500vnd.
I have lived in Vietnam for 5 years and know the exchange rate today was
16,100vnd to the $.
Beware when you pay your bills in VND. I talked to the owner and was
told hard luck!!!
I will never stay there again.

I've already been to there for three
times. The rooms were always clean. The employees were always friendly
and competent. Right now the Spring House hotel is the first choice for
my colleague and I when we go to HCMC for business.

Lovely hotel, very clean and although
it cost a little bit more than the other hotels in the De Tham area
thats because its better, spacious rooms, lovely bathroom (small but Im
certainly not complaining). I would definately stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 2 weeks
23/11/07-7/12/07. Everybody on the staff are so friendly and efficient
that I would recommend a stay here. If and when I return to Saigon I
will have no hesitation in repeating my stay here. Good luck, and a very
merry Xmas to all the staff.

Unfortunately, our stay at Spring House
Hotel was horrible! The staff was incredibly unfriendly and quite
rude. The hotel did not honour our reservation so we had no place to
stay when we arrived the first night. They overcharged us and after
going out for breakfast on our last morning they wouldn't let us back in
our room saying that we already checked out -which we hadn't! There are
SO many hotels in this area, there's no need to put up with so much
hassle. I would avoid the Spring House Hotel as they are unprofessional
and very difficult to deal with. Our experience at the hotel put a bit
of a damper on our weekend trip to Ho Chi Minh. You can definitely find
many better, friendlier and more affordable hotels on the same street.

I have been staying at the Spring Hotel since 1998 and it has only
gotten better with age, like a fine wine....you would think that is was
just opened as it is so clean and neat. The service is excellent and the
staff is just as good. You can get a good meal there as well and the
location makes it easy to shop in the City. My thanks to all in the
Spring Hotel for a pleasant visit every year and I will be seeing you
soon..!
