You were quick in response. Your webpage contained accurate information on prices and descriptions of the hotel rooms. I really appreciated your quick responses. We got rooms booked within 10-15 minutes by phone. I do however think that your transfer services are overpriced as compared to comparable alternatives.

the Vietnam trip was excellent. The Liberty 2 Hotel was also very good. It's location is ideal for the international traveller - it seems to be in the centre of the city and the closeness of the Ben Thanh markets is very convenient. We found the staff to be most helpful and courteous. Free internet use was a bonus. While we only booked 2 nights through your agency, we liked the Liberty 2 so we extended our stay to a total of 7 additional nights in two blocks.

Your website is very good with detailed maps that can be printed - these are important. The taxi from the airport got lost so we had to show him the map!!
With regard to the tours and other bookings we found that it is far less expensive to book when in Saigon that from Australia. I know you have to make commissions, but the tours offered seem to be far more expensive than those offered, for example, at the Sinh Cafe.

Can I suggest that you contact the Thien An Hotel in Da Lat. We stayed there and it was absolutely top class. Excellent, attentive service, a comfortable, spacious room, a HUGE daily breakfast, free internet, free bicycles and for four nights it cost only 1.3 million dong. Best wishes to you and your company. I hope to return to Vietnam soon.

We were happy with our Vietnam experience

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Vietnam holiday. In fact, I have suggested this destination to some relatives and friends. And because we were satisfied with your service, we have recommended that they book with you, as well.
Unfortunately, there were some minor problems like the transfers. We did not arrange this with you hoping we could save if we just take a cab. However, in addition to the language problem, the taxi drivers in HCM and HAN airports both tried to overcharge us. After this experience, I have suggested that these airport transfers be arranged wtih you as well since your rates are reasonable.
Lavander Hotel is ideally located in HCM because it was just a few meters from the Market. The room assigned to us was excellent except that it did not have a window. I suggest that this is clearly declared when you confirm the booking. Their buffet breakfast that came with the room was delicious.
My Splendid Star in HAN was not located on a major street and we were surprised when the taxi driver told us that we had to walk down the alley because his cab cannot go thru the street. Again, this information should have been disclosed at the time of booking/confirmation.
The family-run hotel was gracious enough to give us the suite even if we booked only a regular room. This was because I specified a room with window. We had a rather unpleasant experience on our way back to HAN airport. We arranged the airport transfer with the hotel and paid this the night before our departure. Unfortunately, we did not ask, nor did he give a receipt for the payment. While in the cab, the driver told us that we have to pay him for the transfer. After several phone calls, the hotel staff apologized for the mistake. It almost ruined our Vietnam holiday. Over-all, we were happy with our Vietnam experience and promised to go back to visit other provinces.
