Checked in on the 23rd June 2010. Unfriendly front desk staff and very rude. This Japanese looking guy even returned to me the towel provided by the hotel for laundry because of of the stain on it otherwise if I will not remove the stain it will be charged to me.

Worse, the safety deposit box inside the room although I have my personal code was ransacked and my 3million VND was taken away. Even my companion occupying another room was also robbed of 3 Million VND inside the safety deposit box inside his room. I hope that this serious concern should be acted upon by the authorities and the management immediately otherwise, Danly Hotel will surely run out of business in the near future.
