The River Home is one of the most beautiful in Southeast of VietNam. Our home is located at Phu Huu Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province. It takes only around 40 minutes driving car from the centre of Ho Chi Minh (Ben Thanh Market, District 1) and 10 minutes travelling more from Cat Lai Ferry. The nearest airport is Tan Son Nhat International Airport, 19.3 km from the accommodation. Coming to The River Home, you will directly experience fishing activities, river excursions, cooking the extremely attractive river specialities, organizing outdoor BBQ parties, kakay rowing, watching the sunrise on the river and at sunset on the rice field. An ideal place for you, your family and friends to relax or simply escape the noisy, bustling urban place.
The River Home has a simple but unique design, imbued with the rustic nature of the Vietnamese countryside. Nestled on the banks of the river, surrounded by corn gardens, large rice fields, coming to the homestay you are like lost in another world, strangely quiet and peaceful. All details in the homestay are carefully taken care of, from lotus ponds, bonsai pots, to each brick in the garden aisle, etc. All are beautifully designed, friendly to create an impression right from the initial look. The vacation home comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with pool views. Private parking is available at the vacation home.
Staying at The River Home, one thing highly recommends you is let’s take cruise tour. Travelling by boat, visitors can have a chance to explore and admire nature. Our boat driver knows a lot about the wildlife. Along the riverbanks are rice fields, cornfields, village and some local ancestral houses. The view at sunset and sunrise are so stunning, even amazing when overlooking the yellow filed. On the way, you can spot plenty of birds, mallard ducks and storks frequently. It’s such an amazing experience cruising on the Dong Nai River spotting wildlife.
