The trip starts in Ho Chi Minh, the dynamic city, going through the central of Vietnam; Hoi An and Hue before ending in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. All the highlights of this stunning country are covered in this compact trip. History, old-world charm and vibrant color are just some of the things you’ll experience on this journey through startlingly beautiful Vietnam.

Day 1: Hanoi
Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by our guide and transferred to your hotel. Hanoi is one of Asia's most charming cities, with romantic boulevards and colonial houses. The rest of the day is free for your own exploration.
Day 2: Hanoi ( Breakfast, Lunch)
A full day spent for visiting Hanoi – the politic, economic and cultural capital of Vietnam. Starting with Museum of Ethnology (closed on Monday), which offers informative and well-documented display on the country’s 54 ethnic groups, include elaborate and colorful hill-tribal costumes,. The display continues on to the outside garden with fascinating examples of traditional houses from the Kinh’s to the ones of the ethnic groups in Central Highlands. After that, we come to visit the Temple of Literature- a complex of the Confucius Temple built in 1070 and the first Royal National university in Vietnam built in 1076. This temple and its beautiful garden provide an opportunity to learn more about madarin education in Vietnam since 1000 years ago and to relax in tranquility. In the afternoon, walk around the alleys of Hanoi Old Quater, visit Hoan Kiem lake and Ngoc Son temple or Jade Mountain temple situated in the heart of Hanoi. An interesting Water puppet show will wrap our day with delight.

Day 3: Hanoi - Ha Long (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After breakfast, depart to Ha Long bay, passing beautiful scenery along way with lush rice fields and winding rivers, typical in Red River Delta. Arrive in Ha Long tourist Wharf around noon. Embark the wooden junk. Lunch will be served as the boat gently cruises to visit numerous islands and limestone structures rising from emerald water of the bay. It is also an ideal opportunity to enjoy the sea breeze and refresh your soul. Dinner with fresh seafood served by experienced chef. A peaceful night on board in your private cabin.
Day 4: Ha Long - Hanoi - flight to Hue (Breakfast, Lunch)
Enjoy the breakfast and savor a magnificent sunrise as the boat cruises to visit Luon Cave, Halong floating fishing village then back to the habour. Our car will transfer you to Hanoi then Hanoi airport for the flight to Hue.

Day 5: Hue ( Breakfast, Dinner)
Start your day by a leisure cruise trip along the poetic Perfume River. On route, stop for visiting Thien Mu pagoda ( Heavenly Lady Pagoda) and Minh Mang Royal Tomb - a beautiful architectural complex consisting of 40 constructions of palaces, temples, lakes and pavilions.
The afternoon spent for visiting the Imperial City - the remaining vestiges of Hue Citadel, inlcuding : Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple City (Tu Cam Thanh). Tour ended by visiting Tomb of Emperor Tu Duc built between 1864 - 1867 by 3000 soldiers and workers. It includes 50 monuments surrounded by a 1500m wall and covers an area of 12ha. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 6: Hue - Danang - Hoi An ( Breakfast, Lunch)
The morning drive along the Mandarin Road – a scenic journey between Hue & Da Nang allows us to see a spectacular Vietnam with soft white sand beachs and lush tropical forest. Take some stopovers on route before visiting the Museum of Cham Sculpture with antique artifacts of the former Cham Kingdom on display. Continue to reach Hoi An ancient town, which used to be an important trading port of Southeast Asia, dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Hoi an town reflects the combination of Chinese, Dutch, Japanese and Portuguese culture. You can experience it when visiting Japanese Pagoda Bridge, Chinese street, Phung Hung old house, Hoi An market, the ancient port and Phuc Thanh pagoda – the oldest pagoda of Hoi An (1454), built with Chinese bonze. In addition, if you come to Hoi An on the 1st or 15th of every lunar month, the town will be lighted up with colourful lanterns instead of electric lamp, turning Hoi An into a sparkling Disney land of Vietnam. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 7: Hoi An - Danang - flight to Sai Gon (Breakfast)
Morning transfer to Danang airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City (formerly named Saigon or "Pearl of the Far East"). Full day spent for visiting the city situated on the banks of Saigon River famous with wide elegant boulevards and historic French colonial buildings. The « must – visit » list include : Ton Duc Thang and Nguyen Hue Avenue, Reunification Palace (Presidential Palace), Notre Dame Cathedral (built in 1877) and the Central Post Office. Tour end by visiting and shopping in Ben Thanh Market – the busiest business centre in the Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 8: Sai Gon - Ben Tre - Can Tho (Breakfast, Lunch)
Leave the bustling city of Saigon behind, we depart to the Mekong delta considered as Vietnam’s biggest « rice basket». Arrive at Hung Vuong pier( Ben Tre town), embark and cruise along the Bến Tre River – a tributary of the great Mekong River to explore the local lifestyles and their daily activities. Stop at a brick – field belonged to Mr. Tu Lo to see how Vietnamese people made brick by hand and a coconut candy home factory located along the canal to witness the process of making the candies and other souvenirs. We then have an oppotunity to taste bee honey tea at a local honey farm and variety of tropical fruit that are widely available in Mekong Delta orchards. Walking or cycling through the coconut groves and green rice fields to soak and relax in the tranquil countryside atmosphere.
Day 9: Can tho – Saigon (Breakfast, Dinner)
Early morning (from 5 a.m), take a boat trip through the winding waterways of Cai Rang floating market- the biggest and busiest floating market in Mekong Delta. This is the best time to visit the market as it is crowded with hundreds of sampans that offer fruits, vegetables, plants, food and other goods for trade. You will earn a great oppotunity to take photos, communicate with locals and taste fruits. Leave the market, we get back to Sai Gon. On the way back, stop at Binh Thuy old house( 5kms from Can Tho city) and Long Dinh mat weaving village where you can see how to make a mat - a very popular item closely associated with Vietnamese culture. Back to Sai Gon for overnight.
Day 10: Sai Gon - Departure (Breakfast)
Free time for shopping and exploring by your own before transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for your flight off. The hotel room is available until noon only.

Day 1: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City
Upon arrival, you will be met outside the baggage claim area by your guide who will escort you to a waiting vehicle for your transfer to downtown with a brief introduction en route. Your guide will be holding a welcome signboard with the TUN TRAVEL LOGO & your name. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the tree-lined boulevards, French Indochinese architecture and tranquil lakes of this unique city.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh city - Tay Ninh Temple - Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)
After breakfast, drive to visit The Great Holy See temple, built in 1926, is considered one of the most striking structures in all of Asia. It is headquarter of Caodaism, a religion with colorful mix of Buddhism, Christianity, and Confucianism. You will attend the noon prayer session to witness the daily mass held by the Cao Dai followers, which is a great experience. Lunch is at a local restaurant.
Day 3: Ho chi Minh City - Cai Be floating market (B, L)
After early breakfast, TUN Travel guide will pick you up at the hotel depart for Cai Be, en-route stop for photos at Tan An town over the flat rice fields. On arriving in Cai Be, start the motorized boat ro visit the Cai Be Floating Market, experience how people exchanging goods, fruit and many other commodities on their vessels. You then roam into the small villages to visit the orchard, fruit plantation... Keep cruising to Vinh Long through small canals to enjoy the charm of the Upper Mekong Delta. Visit some hand – made family business products such as the coconut candy mill, the crispy rice popcorn. Arrive in Binh Hoa Phuoc village – the green pearl of Vinh Long town where you can indulge yourself into the nature. Have lunch with fresh river food served in the heart of the garden. Enjoy the southern Vietnamese traditional folk music. Take a nice walk through the bonsai garden. Then return to Vinh Long and continue to Saigon in the afternoon
Day 4: Ho chi Minh City tour - Danang - Hoian (B, L)
After breakfast, our tour guide and car driver will pick you up at around 08:00 for Saigon full day trip. You’ll drive to visit Re-unification palace, the former head quarters of anti-communism in the south during Vietnam War. Then take a short walk to visit the Vietnam War Remnant Museum, full of relics from Vietnam War which is scary but really worth to visit. You go to Notre-Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office to have a look and take picture. If you fancy, stroll around the central market Ben Thanh before have lunch at a local restaurant. The next stop of our trip is Da Nang which is a short flight from Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival you are greeted and driven to Hoi An, which was originally a Cham seaport but has been influenced down centuries by a myriad of traders Hoi An Vietnamfrom various cultures. Check into hotel. Dinner on guest’s account. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 5: Hoian Tour - Danang - Hue (B, L)
After breakfast, our guide & car driver arrive take you to airport for flight to Danang. From here, you’ll be met and continue transfer to Hoi An for check in. Lunch is on your own. This afternoon, take a tour of the ancient town centre to visit Chua Ong Pagoda, Assembly Hall, 200-year-old Tam Ky House and the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge constructed in 1593…Continue walking through the small alleys to soak up the atmosphere of a bygone age or back to your hotel for your beach relaxation. Then transfer to Hue. On the way to Hue, stop over for visiting Hai Van Pass, Lang co Beach. Arrive in Hue, check in and free time.
Day 6: Hue (B, L)
After breakfast, start the day by enjoying a boat cruise on the Perfume River, viewing the city and the tranquil villages on the riverbank. We will walk up to visit the Thien Mu pagoda, a nicely located pagoda, overlooks the Perfume River and the beautiful scenery beyond, where you get to learn more about the Buddhism in Vietnam. Continue to take a short ride to visit the former Imperial Citadel. Lunch is next at a local restaurant. Today afternoon, pay to visit the splendid royal tombs, there are actually more than 6 tombs but we will only visit the best of them: Minh Mang and Khai Dinh. If interested, walk with your guide around Dong Ba Market to experience local commercial life activities and shopping opportunities.
Day 7: Hue - Hanoi (B, L)
Breakfast at hotel before boarding a short flight to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital, is a stylish and gracious city that retains an unique old world charm and some Asia's most striking colonial architecture. Upon your arrival at Noi Bai airport, our driver will pick you up and transfer to centre for visit the Temple of Literature, West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda. Then visit Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake before enjoy a Water Puppet Show – a favourite experience for all visitors to Vietnam
Day 8: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B, L, D)
8.30: our guide will pick up for a drive to Halong Bay. On the way, we stop for refreshment and photos. 12.30: Boarding Cruise. Welcome drink is served. 13.00-14.30: Lunch is served while cruising through Halong Bay. Roam around the labyrinth of the Bay through the Fighting Cock, Canh Buom, and stop for swimming then go for visiting Sung Sot cave (The Sudden Surprise). Kayak to Luon cave, Dau Nguoi Mountain, Titop beach. 18.30: Docking for overnight. 19.30: Dinner is served. Overnight on the Junk.
Day 9: Halong Bay - Hanoi
08-09.30: Buffet breakfast while cruising back to Halong wharf and visit Fire Island, Dinh Huong Island, floating village. 10.30: Luggage pulls out. Clear all bills. 11.30: Arrive at the pier. Time to say Goodbye. 12.00: Shuttle bus will take you back to Hanoi. Dinner in guest’s account. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 10: Departure from Hanoi (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, this morning is free at your leisure for last minute shopping and sightseeing before transferring to the airport for your onward departure.
