What is the HOTEL VOUCHER?

The Hotel Voucher indicates you have a confirmed and paid booking with TUN Travel. We will sent you the Hotel Voucher as well as your receipt through email. You should present either an electronic or paper copy of your Hotel Voucher upon check-in.

You can check your booking status and details by logging on to 'My bookings' via the website. Alternatively you can contact us directly by phone or email or chat online with us

I have booked a hotel but I have not received my hotel voucher?

Should you not receive it please check your junk mail and/or spam filters belonging to the email address you provided when making the booking. You can also check your booking status by logging on to 'My bookings' via the website or contact us.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed and guaranteed once you receive Hotel Confirmation and Receipt email from us. The Hotel Voucher indicates that you have a confirmed and paid booking with TUN Travel.

How long does it take to get a confirmation?

In most cases, you will receive this email along with the Hotel Voucher and Receipt after your booking has been paid or within 30 - 60 minutes if you pay by credit card for your booking. If not (in high season, holidays or special events...) we will contact and send to you within 24 hours.

Should you not receive it after this time please check your junk mail and/or spam filters. You can also check your booking status by logging on to 'My bookings' via the website or contact us immediately.

Can you please resend the Hotel Voucher and Receipt to me?

Just by clicking on the "resend my hotel voucher" or "resend my receipt" link provided in your Confirmation email, you will be able to resend your hotel voucher.
Or you can also receive your hotel voucher and receipt by logging on to 'My bookings' via the website and request to resend them.

I have received the Hotel Voucher, but when I called to hotel, there is no record at the hotel?

Most bookings are instantly confirmed. If the hotel has no record of your booking, please contact TUN Travel Customer Service immediately. Our contact details are displayed on the hotel voucher.

Or you can ask the hotel to call us directly and pass the phone to you or you can dial us yourself. Long distance charges may apply but we will refund you for the cost of the call. All you need to do is provide us the receipt.

Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly?

No need. The Hotel Voucher from the confirmation email is all you need. You should present either an electronic or paper copy of your Hotel Voucher upon check-in.

I have made a duplicate booking. How do I proceed?

A duplicate booking will not be processed and charged unless you confirm to us that it is not an error. One booking will be processed and the others will be cancelled.

Can I change the name on my reservation?

Should you need to change the name of the reservation you must contact TUN Travel Customer Service as soon as possible. If you do not contact us to change the guest name, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check in for your booking without any refund.
